CLINICAL GOVERNANCE

How we keep you safe

MindAtlas operates in a space that carries real responsibility. Here is exactly what we do to honour it.

“This platform is not a crisis service. But people in difficult moments will use it. Our governance framework exists for exactly those moments.”

— MindAtlas Clinical Framework, v1.0

We take concerns seriously.

MindAtlas welcomes any feedback about our platform, content, or practices. We are committed to listening and will always let you know the outcome.

Safety screening at the start

Before you access integration content, please ensure it is appropriate for you. MindAtlas cannot ensure you may not find some of the content distressing or triggering. This is not a test — it is a care step.

A clear plan for difficult moments

If you reach a difficult moment, a facilitator or trained team member will guide you to appropriate supports. Always. This is not a crisis service.

Facilitators who are genuinely qualified

Every facilitator on this platform holds a mental health qualification, trauma-informed training, and verified experience in integration practice.

Content reviewed before it reaches you

Every tool, prompt, and piece of framework content on this platform has been reviewed by a qualified clinician before publication.

Your journal is yours

Your journal entries, integration maps, and facilitator messages are classified as sensitive health data. They are encrypted, access-controlled, and never used without your explicit consent.

What MindAtlas is — and is not

We are

  • A structured integration support platform
  • A psychoeducation and reflection tool
  • A space for facilitated, bounded support
  • A framework developed from clinical evidence
  • A governed, accountable organisation

We are not

  • A crisis service or emergency resource
  • A substitute for professional psychotherapy
  • A medical device or treatment service
  • A platform that recommends or supports substance use
  • A replacement for supervised clinical care

CLINICAL SCOPE

MindAtlas is a digital wellbeing and integration support platform. It does not constitute a clinical treatment, a psychiatric service, or a licence to practise psychedelic-assisted therapy. Clinicians using this platform as part of their professional practice remain responsible for compliance with their own professional standards and applicable regulations. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are always free to leave

You can close your account at any time through Settings. Your data will be handled with care — deleted thoroughly and never retained beyond what is legally required.

If you are in a difficult moment and considering leaving, we would gently ask that you reach out to us first. Not to change your mind — but because we care about how you are, and we would rather talk with you than have you feel like you disappeared quietly.
